Valyrian Capital LLC (“Valyrian”) is a real estate investment and development firm with offices in New Canaan, Connecticut and New York City. Valyrian focuses on ground-up development and rehabilitations of residential and mixed-use projects in desirable New York City and Fairfield County locations. Valyrian selectively chooses projects which require equity investments between $5 million and $20 million that fall below the radar of institutional investors and greater than the financial capabilities of ‘mom and pop’ investors. At Valyrian, we are able to leverage our local relationships and move nimbly across a landscape with high barriers to entry.
 
Valyrian’s objective is to provide its investors with superior risk-adjusted returns driven by efficient execution and superior operational efficiencies, as opposed to cap rate compression or financial engineering. At Valyrian, our philosophy is to focus on “return of capital” and then “return on capital.”
 
The principals of Valyrian have a combined 75 years of experience acquiring, developing and operating real estate across all asset classes. Our team has collectively purchased and developed more than 50 projects over 40-plus years with a cumulative value exceeding one billion dollars. The Valyrian principals have diverse backgrounds including real estate law, investment banking, hedge fund administration, private equity investment and construction.
